The focus of Soft Waters Ltd Company, a startup, is to offer its initial services to small scale rural communities. Progressively extending from the Texas Gulf Coast to central Texas to encompass the High Plains aquifer, a.k.a. Ogallala.
Eventually markets are the Southwestern United States, primarily California, including members of the Colorado River Compact, which includes the state of California again. Georgia-Alabama and Florida are potential markets.
Internationally, the Arabian Peninsula, Western Europe, Africa, South America, and Australia are prime markets for Soft Waters technologies.
